Cleary Building Corp. is seeking a Building Construction Foreman to lead a crew of 3–4 on-site in the construction of pre-engineered post-frame structures. You will manage projects, ensure quality craftsmanship, and help clients turn their building dreams into reality.

Foremen participate in company programs through Cleary’s Steelwood University, including professional development and leadership training. This full-time, year-round role offers on-the-job training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Prior experience in building trades or construction leadership.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a crew.
• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions.
• Willingness to train and grow with the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of 3–4 field employees.
• Build post-frame structures from the ground up.
• Operate hand and power tools.
• Manage job site safety and productivity.
• Work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions.
