Job summary

DNA Payments seeks a Trainee Sales Representative to join the DNA Sales Academy and generate new business by visiting SME businesses within an assigned postcode area. This field-based, entry-level role includes structured training and live activity, with promotion to Business Development Consultant after six months.

Starting salary is £25,000 with a £5,000 uplift after probation, car allowance £5,000 per year, and an uncapped revenue share scheme aiming for ~£50,000 first-year OTE.

Responsibilities

• Complete all product, compliance, systems and sales training.
• Manage and develop your assigned territory on a daily basis.
• B2B cold calling (75+ door knocks daily once fully active).
• Target SME businesses with annual card turnover of £50,000 - £7.5m.
• Identify merchant needs and promote DNA Payments, EPOS and Zash solutions.
• Efficiently manage your CRM and pipeline of opportunities to achieve conversions.
• Work towards 1 self-generated sale per day (20 per month).
• Complete customer applications and support customers through to live and transacting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver and set up products.
• Apply coaching and feedback and demonstrate improvement.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, activity, administration and conduct.
• Be present on daily huddle calls.
