Responsibilities

• Participate in a training curriculum to assist independent agents with excess and surplus policies.
• Demonstrate understanding of underwriting concepts, lines of coverage, and Cincinnati's risk appetite.
• Price new business and renewal accounts with segmentation, net rate, and exposure targets in mind.
• Meet department service standards for new business and renewal issuance.
• Respond to inquiries promptly, research, and resolve internal and external customer issues.
• Analyze data to drive value-based decisions on price, terms, and conditions to support profitability.
