Holman Enterprises is seeking a dedicated customer service professional to manage client inquiries and coordinate resolution across multiple Holman departments. The role acts as a single point of contact for specific clients, handling fleet-related requests and ensuring timely communications.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in customer service/account management, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities while upholding Holman’s service standards and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of customer service/account management/retail experience preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in planning, organizing, and multitasking with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrates ownership for decisions and works well with others.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely responses to internal/external customers per service standards.
• Keep clients informed of status through to resolution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with client contacts.
• Assist with execution of special projects and cross-functional tasks.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, teammates, and internal contacts.
