Job summary

Renville Health Services is seeking a Trained Medication Aide (TMA) for part-time evening shifts to support residents and coordinate with the Charge Nurse.

The position requires MN NAR registry status, completion of the MDH Medication Administration Program, and CPR certification, with evening/night shift differential. Starting wage is $23.60/hour, with schedule including weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Nursing Assistant on Minnesota State Registry in good standing or ability to complete coursework.
• Must be 18 years or older and CPR certified.
• Completion of required MDH course for medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead medication passes and treatments for residents and communicate with the Charge Nurse.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure safe medication administration and resident care.
