Job summary

Green Lea Senior Living in Mabel, MN is seeking a part-time Trained Medication Aide for the PM shift. The role pays $23.60/hour and is in-person, with a schedule of 1:45 PM-10:45 PM on an every-other-Friday/Saturday/Sunday rotation.

You will work with our care team to administer medications accurately, monitor residents' health, and support daily quality of life in a compassionate, reliable environment. Prior long-term care experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification is required.
• Completed TMA course with skills passed.
• Compassionate, reliable with strong interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in assisted living/long‑term care is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Give residents their medications accurately and on time.
• Monitor for changes in residents' health and report promptly to the care team.
• Build relationships with residents to improve day-to-day quality of life.
• Maintain close, effective communication with the rest of the care team.
