Job summary

Green Lea Senior Living in Mabel, MN is seeking a part-time Trained Medication Aide for the PM shift. The role pays $23.60/hour and offers a consistent schedule, every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 1:45 PM–10:45 PM, in person.

You will administer medications accurately, monitor residents' health changes, and collaborate with the care team to support daily quality of life. Prior TMA training is required.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification.
• Completed TMA course with skills passed.
• A compassionate, reliable person with solid interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in assisted living or long-term care is a plus, though not required.

Responsibilities

• Give residents their medications accurately and on time
• Watch for changes in residents' health and report them quickly to the care team
• Form relationships with residents that improve their day-to-day quality of life
• Stay in close, effective communication with the rest of the care team
