Job summary

Sterling Park Senior Living in Waite Park, MN, a 40-bed skilled nursing facility, is seeking a Trained Medication Aide (TMA) to join our team. The role involves administering medications, assessing residents, and following the care plan under state and facility guidelines.

The day shift staffing is 2 TMAs and 1 Nurse for 40 residents; this position offers PM shift 2:00–10:30pm with every other weekend and starting wages up to $26.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must hold current TMA certification with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific certification (includes current CNA certification).
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

In this essential healthcare role, you provide person-centered care and medication administration to our residents. The staffing structure for this community is 2 TMA's and 1 Nurse for 40 residents during the day shift.
