Physical duties include standing and lifting throughout duty periods.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform duties in Customer Service, Onboard Passenger Services, and Operations Monitoring Center.
• Stand, walk, kneel, bend, stoop, climb stairs, reach, and lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Provide passenger services onboard the train and support Customer Service and Operations Monitoring Center.
• Fill in for staff during temporary vacancies and provide backup support as needed.
