San Joaquin Regional Rail Commission seeks a Passenger Services Representative (PSR) to work under the Passenger Services Lead across Onboard Passenger Services, Customer Service, and the Operations Monitoring Center. The PSR may fill in for vacancies and provide backup support as needed.

Shifts vary with train schedules, starting as early as 3:00 am and often ending after 9:30 pm, with layovers in San Jose as trains terminate.

Responsabilités

• Perform onboard passenger services duties and assist customers onboard trains.
• Provide customer service and operate within the Operations Monitoring Center as needed.
• Stand, walk, kneel, bend, stoop, climb stairs, reach and lift heavy objects during duty.
