Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record in past 36 months with no drug/alcohol incident.
• Must not have drug/alcohol probation or related guilty plea.
• Must not have refused drug/alcohol test for vehicle operation.
• Must complete English assessment before interview.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment, locomotives, and rail cars for safety.
• Perform coupling, drawbar alignment, remote control operation, hand brakes, and car handling.
• Maintain written and electronic documentation.
• Observe all safety, operations, and FRA regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by a supervisor.
