Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record in past 36 months; no drug/alcohol-related suspensions.
• Must pass English assessment prior to interview.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment, locomotives, and rail cars for safety and readiness.
• Operate remote control locomotives and couple/uncouple equipment.
• Communicate clearly with crews, yard controllers, and dispatchers.
• Maintain written and electronic records as required.
• Work on road or yard service based on territory and seniority.
