Job summary

ALCOM LLC is seeking a qualified Warehouse Loader to move finished trailers onto flatbed and other carrier trailers. You will securely load and document shipments, operating forklifts and yard equipment in a 100% outdoor yard environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED and hands-on experience with forklifts, tractors, and rigging. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork with drivers and the Shipping Yard Lead.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Hands-on experience with tractors, vehicles, forklifts, and boom lifts preferred.
• Experience with a variety of power tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Loads finished trailers and parts for scheduled shipments.
• Operates forklift, yard tractor, and material handling equipment.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the yard.
• Uses loading straps, wood, and dunnage to secure loads.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and PPE.
