Peak Industrial Inc. is seeking a dependable Sales Support & Title Clerk to back our trailer sales in Lubbock and Odessa. The role covers title/registration processing, coordinating with tax offices and DMV, and ensuring sales are properly documented.

The position also provides administrative support to the sales team, handles rental paperwork, and serves as a backup for customers when salespeople are unavailable.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, clerical, title, dealership, DMV, automotive, trailer, or sales-support roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with paperwork.
• Comfortable working with government forms, deadlines, and office protocols.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Professional and friendly communication, in-person and by phone.

Responsibilities

• Handle title and registration paperwork for trailer sales.
• Assist sales team with quotes, orders, and customer documentation.
• Support trailer rental paperwork and maintain rental records.
• Provide in-office customer assistance when sales staff are away.
