The role includes providing administrative support to the sales team, assisting with rental paperwork, and serving as a friendly point of contact for customers in person and by phone, while maintaining organized records.

Responsibilities

• Title & Registration: Complete and process all required title and registration paperwork for trailer sales; prepare documents and obtain signatures.
• Sales Support: Provide administrative support before, during, and after sales; assist with quotes, orders, and documentation.
• Trailer Rental Support: Assist with rental paperwork and maintain accurate rental records.
• General Office & Administrative Support: Maintain organized records, scan and file documents, communicate with customers and staff.
