Transdev North America, Inc. is seeking an experienced Trailer Technician in Oklahoma to perform routine maintenance and repairs on Class 8 trucks and trailers. The role focuses on tire repair and replacement and may include additional tasks under supervision to keep our fleet safe and on the road.

Responsibilities include basic maintenance, PMs, safety inspections, and recording work performed. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license; ASE certification

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent; vocational/technical vehicle repair training preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• ASE certification preferred; expected to have 1 ASE within 24 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Perform limited repairs and routine maintenance on Class 8 trucks and trailers under supervision.
• Assist with preventative maintenance, safety inspections, and annual inspections at prescribed intervals.
• Assist in mechanical repairs including brakes, suspensions, drive trains, and transmission clutches.
• Maintain records of maintenance work and ensure work orders are complete and accurate.
• Diagnose and perform vehicle repairs under supervision and verify completion with supervisor.
• Move vehicles safely between job and work area and assist with road calls and emergency services as needed.
• Adhere to Transdev standards, policies and procedures and keep vehicles clean and ready for service.
