Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with 1 year of experience in semi-trailer maintenance and repair or equivalent.
• Willingness to work outdoors in the elements and across multiple shifts.
• Able to follow DOT and FHWA inspections and safety procedures.
• Basic understanding of air brake systems and standard repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance and repairs to trailer equipment per company and manufacturer specs.
• Complete work orders and adhere to standard repair times (SRT) and warranty guidelines.
• Follow shop safety procedures and maintain clear communication with team and customers.
