Job summary

Master Fleet LLC seeks a skilled trailer technician to perform repairs, maintenance, fabrication, welding, and diagnostics on commercial trailers in Neenah, WI. You will inspect, diagnose, and execute preventive maintenance while ensuring DOT and company safety standards are met.

Candidates should have welding experience and be able to read repair orders, with the ability to use hand tools and reference technical manuals.

Qualifications

• Trailer repair experience preferred (1 year).
• Welding experience required (1 year).
• Ability to read repair orders and manuals.
• Must furnish own hand tools.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate well.

Responsibilities

• Performs all trailer repairs, maintenance, fabrication, welding and diagnostics.
• Inspect, trouble shoot, diagnose, and perform maintenance on commercial trailers.
• Perform annual vehicle and safety inspections; preventative maintenance and other repairs as necessary on commercial trailers.
• Prepare safety documents required by DOT, company and any other Federal, State or Local regulations.
• Reference manuals, service bulletins, diagrams and other technical materials.
