Job summary

Master Fleet LLC in Green Bay, WI is seeking a skilled Trailer Tech to inspect, repair, and maintain commercial trailers. You will perform diagnostics, fabricate, weld, and use service manuals and test equipment to keep fleets on the road.

Qualifications

• Experience with trailer repairs and maintenance is required or preferred.
• Ability to read and reference technical manuals, service bulletins, and diagrams.
• Proficient in welding and fabrication techniques for trailers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform all trailer repairs, maintenance, fabrication, welding and diagnostics.
• Inspect, trouble shoot, diagnose, and service commercial trailers.
• Complete repair orders, PM schedules, and safety documentation for DOT/compliance.
• Utilize service manuals and diagrams; document and reference test results.
