Master Fleet LLC in Caledonia, Wisconsin is seeking a skilled Trailer Tech to perform repairs, maintenance and diagnostics on commercial trailers. You will inspect, troubleshoot and service trailers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and PM schedules.

Candidates must supply their own hand tools and be able to reference technical manuals and diagrams. The role features a team-focused, family-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and welding skills for trailers and equipment.
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial trailers.
• Experience with braking components and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform trailer repairs, maintenance, fabrication, welding and diagnostics.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and service commercial trailers.
• Prepare safety documents per DOT and regulations.
• Use manuals, service bulletins, diagrams; reference PM schedules.
• Operate hand tools and testing equipment; bring own tools.
