Job summary

Quality Truck Care Center, Inc. is seeking a Trailer Technician to inspect trailers, diagnose and repair brake, air, electrical, and suspension systems, and perform welding and fabrication. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and timely service in a clean, modern shop environment.

You will work with a team in Wisconsin, with opportunities for growth, training, and career advancement as the company expands its De Pere location.

Qualifications

• Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License (CDL preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with welding, fabrication, or trailer repair preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform hands-on tasks safely.
• Dependable, motivated, and committed to quality work.

Responsibilities

• Perform DOT and Preventative Maintenance inspections on trailers.
• Diagnose and repair brake, air, electrical (lighting, ABS), and suspension systems.
• Weld and fabricate steel and aluminum trailer components.
• Complete work orders and service documentation accurately.
• Handle on-site service calls when needed.
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Work professionally with customers, drivers, and team members.
