Job summary

Cox Fleet in the United States is recruiting mobile Trailer Technicians who will do on-site preventative maintenance and repairs at customer locations. Trainees enter a four-week paid classroom program, with travel, hotel, and meals stipends, then are paired with a Lead Technician for hands-on training and a guaranteed full-time position upon graduation.

Post-training, technicians operate state-of-the-art mobile service vehicles, performing planned maintenance and general repairs at customer

Qualifications

• Desire to start a career as a Trailer Technician.
• Willingness and ability to study hard for 4 weeks of full-time schooling.
• Dedication to completing a multi-year program.
• Technical aptitude and passion for vehicle repair.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and DOT compliance readiness.

Responsibilities

• Attend 4 weeks paid classroom training with travel and lodging provided.
• Work with Lead Technicians for hands-on training in-market.
• Perform mobile maintenance and general repairs at customer locations.
• Follow DOT/FMCSA regulations and safety standards.
