Qualifications

• Willingness to study and complete four weeks of paid classroom training.
• Ability to operate an iPad and learn trailer repair fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the four-week paid classroom training at the Academy campus.
• Receive hands-on training from a Lead Technician and progress toward a full-time Mobile Trailer Mechanic role.
• Meet DOT requirements and maintain safety standards during training and employment.
