Job summary

Indespension Derby in Limerick is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor to actively sell and promote trailers, parts and services. You will handle orders, invoicing, and credit notes while coordinating with the workshop and maintaining stock displays.

The role requires a valid driving licence and strong customer service and sales abilities, with a Monday–Friday 9am–5pm schedule and a monthly bonus scheme. 33 days leave is included.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high quality customer service.
• Ability to process invoices and credit notes accurately.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Comfort with face-to-face and telephone sales.

Responsibilities

• Serve and promote Indespension trailers, parts, equipment and services to customers face-to-face and by phone.
• Raise invoices and credit notes accurately.
• Ensure payment is collected or credit approval is obtained.
• Advise on trailer hire and towbar fitting; update scheduling diary.
