Amera Trail is seeking an energetic Trailer Sales Specialist to drive new and used trailer sales. You will engage customers across face-to-face, phone, email and social channels with a friendly, professional approach to match buyers with the right trailer.

Key responsibilities include prospecting, product demonstrations, and closing sales while staying updated on market trends. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Experience with CRM programs is a plus.
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Completes calls on prospective customers and assigned accounts.
• Identifies and profiles prospective customers; develops strategy to obtain trailer sales.
• Maintains contact with customers regarding requirements; stays current on market trends.
• Tracks and retains records and creates reports on all activities.
• Meets and greets customers on the lot, demos trailers and closes sales.
• Offers company services available to customers.
• Stays informed about new products and general information to aid sales efforts.
• Coordinates with parts and service to achieve market penetration.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
