Job summary

PAM Transport Inc. is seeking a motivated trailer mechanic to join our maintenance team in Indianapolis. This role focuses on performing accident damage repairs, PM maintenance on trailers, and related repair tasks to keep our fleet moving safely and efficiently.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00am–3:30pm, with an hourly pay range of $24–$34 depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and direct deposit. Own basic tools is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year on trailer/mechanical experience.
• Must have strong mechanical and technical skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Own basic tools to perform repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform accident damage repairs and PM maintenance on trailers.
• Perform aluminum and steel welding.
• Carry out various maintenance and repair tasks on trailers.
• Properly document and maintain records of equipment.
• Replace trailer panels and sheet metal.
• Repair wood/metal flooring in trailers.
