PAM Transport Inc. is seeking highly motivated trailer mechanics to join our team. We value growth and a balanced work-life while moving America’s freight forward.

We offer pay ranging from $30 to $35 per hour based on experience, with a Sunday to Wednesday 6am–4:30pm schedule and comprehensive benefits. Join a strong, safety‑driven company with opportunities to advance.

Formación

• Minimum one year on trailer/mechanical experience.
• Repair brake system and axles on trailers.
• Own basic tools.

Responsabilidades

• Perform accident damage repairs and PM maintenance on trailers.
• Perform aluminum and steel welding.
• Perform various maintenance on repair tasks on trailers.
• Properly document and maintain records of equipment.
• Replace trailer panels and sheet metal.
• Repair wood/metal flooring in trailers.

About this opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated skilled trailer mechanics. From beginners to skilled leaders, each technician will be an integral part of keeping America's freight moving forward.

Pay and Schedule

• Sunday to Wednesday 6am to 430pm
• The pay range is $30-$35 Per Hour depending on experience.
