Job summary

PAM Transport is seeking a motivated trailer mechanic in Indianapolis, IN to help keep America’s freight moving. This role offers a Monday–Friday day schedule and a pay range of $24–$34 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities include repairs, PM maintenance, welding, and documenting equipment records while ensuring safety and quality. Candidates should have at least one year of trailer experience and own basic tools.

• Minimum one year of trailer/mechanical experience.
• Strong mechanical and technical skills.
• Own basic tools required.

• Perform aluminum and steel welding.
• Perform various maintenance on repair tasks on trailers.

• Replace trailer panels and sheet metal.

Pay and Schedule

• Monday - Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm
• The pay range is $24-$34/hour depending on experience.
