Qualifications

EPA Section 608 Refrigerant Handling Certification.
3 years’ experience in trailer refrigeration maintenance and repair.
Valid state-issued driver’s license.
Brake inspection qualified as defined by FMCSA regulations.
Vehicle Inspection qualified as defined by FMCSA regulations.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on transport refrigeration units (TRU) per OEM procedures.
Maintain and repair trailer interiors, walls, floors, doors and accessories.
Inspect and service braking systems and related components for tractors and trailers.
Install and dismount tires and perform axle alignments using electronic equipment.
Complete work orders, logs and warranty documentation as required.
