Job summary

Novae LLC in Waynesboro, PA is seeking a Wet Coat Painter to join our production team. Full-time, on-site role focused on painting and washing quality trailers, while maintaining a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and a clean, organized workspace.

You will work 10-hour shifts, lift up to 80 lbs, follow work orders, wear PPE, and participate in safety and quality checks. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience.
• Physically able to lift 80 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Willing to work 10 hour shifts with possible overtime.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check.
• Self-directed in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Wear PPE and keep a clean, organized workspace while following safety rules.
• Report to work on time to support production goals.
• Operate power tools and machinery in the paint department efficiently.
• Read and understand work orders, schedules, and instructions.
• Perform final quality checks and inspections as directed by supervision.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections prior to shift start.
