Metro Trailer Leasing in North Las Vegas is seeking a Trailer Operations Associate to support day‑to‑day operations, including trailer check-in/check-out, inventory accuracy, and customer service. You will assist customers, coordinate trailer activity, and support billing and collections as part of the branch operations team.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, customer‑focused, and eager to learn the trailer leasing business from the ground up.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn company software.
• Must be organized and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with trailer rentals, returns, pricing, and account needs.
• Check trailers in/out, document unit numbers and customer information.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and verify yard count.
• Support billing, collections, and rental paperwork.
• Communicate professionally with customers, drivers, vendors, and staff.
• Monitor trailer movement and status in company systems.
• Perform administrative tasks and daily operational needs.
• Identify damage or maintenance needs during check-in/out.
