Job summary

Premier Trailer Leasing is seeking a hands-on Operations Associate to manage outdoor trailer yard activities, perform inspections, coordinate with customers and vendors, and supervise equipment movement. You will ensure regulatory compliance and support branch performance while handling daily admin tasks in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Spend most of each workday outdoors conducting trailer inspections and managing yard activity.
• Coordinate with customers and vendors to monitor equipment movement.
• Generate rental agreements and supervise work performed on trailers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations and reconcile inventory daily.
• Assist in transporting equipment between branches, customers, and vendors.
• Verify customers have proper insurance before rental and assist AR collections.
• Handle daily administrative paperwork and respond to inquiries.
