Job summary

Mckinney Trailers in the western United States seeks a Branch Operations Assistant to support local branch operations with customer service, accounting, administration, and inspections.

You will handle vendor/customer setup, invoicing, licensing, rental coordination, and yard inspections, including operating yard goat and moving trailers.

We value a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and good communication; a HS diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or 6 months to 1 year related experience or training.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Support local branch operations with customer service, accounting, administrative, and inspection duties.
• Set up new vendors and customers; generate invoices and process payments.
• Manage communications (phone, mail, e-mail, faxes) and oversee office supplies.
• Plan, schedule, and dispatch drivers for pickup and delivery; process rental agreements; reconcile inventory.
