Quality Repair Solutions (QRS®) is seeking a Trailer Mechanic in Ono, PA to diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on semi-truck trailers and tractors. You will work from a service truck, perform brake/dial maintenance, tire replacements, electrical troubleshooting, and basic structural repairs while following DOT and company standards.
Qualifications include at least 1 year of experience with diesel and hydraulic systems and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on semi‑truck trailers and tractors, including tasks such as brake adjustments, tire replacements, electrical troubleshooting, basic structural repairs, and more, while working out of a service truck and adhering to strict safety regulations. Perform general repairs on tractor and trailer units in accordance with DOT, federal and state regulations and company standards. Use technical publications or automated systems to maintain vehicles to prescribed manufacturer maintenance schedules and research parts. Properly annotate all maintenance and labor performed in maintenance management software.
