Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a reliable Automotive Technician to join our fleet maintenance team. The Trailer Mechanic will perform preventative maintenance on UPS Transportation Trailers and Converter Dollies, diagnose repairs, and ensure air and electrical systems function properly.

Shift options include 2nd or 3rd, with various schedules across locations. Must have an active state driver's license and bring the required hand tools.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license issued by the state.
• Willing to work 2nd or 3rd shifts, depending on location needs.
• Must possess the required hand tools to perform the job.
• Experience using diagnostic equipment and scan tools.

Responsibilities

• Meets D.O.T requirements required by job assignment.
• Operates standard and manual transmission equipment.
• Operates power and pneumatic tools.
• Performs preventative maintenance on UPS Transportation Trailers and Converter Dollies.
