Job summary

UPS is seeking a reliable Automotive Technician to join our fleet maintenance team. You will maintain a diverse range of equipment including delivery vehicles, heavy-duty tractors, and trailers, across varying shifts and locations.

You will troubleshoot hydraulic brakes, electrical systems, and engine controls, using diagnostic tools and your own hand tools. Requirements include an active state driver's license, willingness to work 2nd/3rd shifts, and possession of personal tools.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license issued by the state is required.
• Experience with automotive diagnostic equipment and scan tools.
• Must possess personal hand tools.
• Class A/B CDL (preferred).
• Willing to work 2nd or 3rd shifts and varying schedules.

Responsibilities

• Meets D.O.T requirements as assigned.
• Operate standard and manual transmission vehicles.
• Use power and pneumatic tools.
• Repair and maintain delivery vehicles and trailers.
