Job summary

You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose mechanical issues, and complete timely repairs to minimize downtime while complying with DOT, EPA, ICC and OSHA standards. The role requires hands-on problem solving, the ability to read precision instruments, and a willingness to operate across various rolling stock.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as a maintenance technician or similar role in trucking/vehicle repair.
• Own tools to perform job duties; CDL may be required for certain tasks.

Responsibilities

• Repair company equipment in a safe, timely, cost-effective manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs on fleet equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical/electrical issues and perform electronic diagnostics.
• Read precision instruments and use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems.
• Comply with DOT, EPA, ICC and OSHA rules and regulations.
