The Trailer Maintenance Service Foreman will ensure proper maintenance of the trailer fleet, keeping it operable for the business.
Assigns and prioritizes daily maintenance activities based on operational needs while actively participating in completing scheduled and unscheduled repairs. Provides technical guidance to maintenance technicians, monitors work quality and productivity, and ensures assigned work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. Serves as a senior technical resource for complex trailer and equipment issues, assisting with diagnosis and repair rather than solely coordinating or delegating the work.
