Job summary

DMS Health Technologies seeks a Trailer Maintenance Service Foreman to oversee all trailer maintenance operations and lead a maintenance team to deliver high-quality service. You will manage schedules, ensure timely repairs, and uphold safety and regulatory standards.

The role combines hands-on maintenance with leadership, demanding strong problem-solving, organizational and communication skills to keep our fleet operating reliably and efficiently.

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school, or three to six months related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Class A CDL preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.
• Proven experience in trailer maintenance or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of trailer maintenance service delivery.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians to deliver exceptional service quality.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Performs hands-on trailer maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment preparation alongside the maintenance team.
• Help maintain an organized, safe, and efficient shop while ensuring trailers and related equipment are maintained to company, DOT, and operational standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Serve as a senior technical resource for complex trailer and equipment issues.
