Job summary

You will operate hand and power tools, inspect finished parts, and maintain clean work areas, while participating in lean improvements and safety programs. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, or 1-2 years related experience.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to read and comprehend safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to effectively present information to customers or employees.

Responsibilities

• Read, learn, understand and interpret blueprints and work instructions to complete assemblies.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble components and prepare items for shipment.
• Inspect and test parts during or after assembly according to guidelines.
• Maintain and clean final assembly areas and participate in cross-training.
• Follow safety regulations and support continuous improvement initiatives.
