Job summary

EZ Loader Custom in Midway, AR 72651 is seeking a Full Time assembler to join the team. You will work with other team members to produce trailers by assembling parts and subassemblies, and/or complete rigging, assembly and packaging according to established procedures and customer specifications.

The role also covers maintaining the facilities inside and outside, ensuring that all trailers are built properly and in good condition.

Responsibilities

• Read, learn, understand and interpret blueprints and work instructions, and other instructions written or verbal, to complete assembly of products or components according to established guidelines and quality standards
• Use a variety of hand and power tools following appropriate methods and procedures to complete mechanical assembly of components or products, and prepare products and other items for shipment
• Inspect and test parts and products as necessary, during or after assembly, according to established guidelines and quality standards.
• Maintain the facility by organizing and cleaning final assembly department and any other areas that need attention
• Cross Train to all aspects of Finish Department and other departments as needed
