Are you a hands-on mechanic who enjoys building, troubleshooting, and working with heavy-duty equipment? We're hiring Trailer Assemblers / Mechanics to join a growing team in Carlisle, PA. In this role, you'll help build custom heavy haul trailers from the ground up, installing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems that keep our equipment operating safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do
Assemble custom heavy haul trailers using hand and power tools while following blueprints and specifications.
Install and route hydraulic hoses, fittings, and components.
Perform electrical wiring and trailer control system installation.
Install, adjust, and test pneumatic systems.
Assemble steering systems, wheel assemblies, brakes, and other mechanical components.
Align trailers to ensure proper performance and safety standards.
Troubleshoot and correct minor mechanical issues during assembly.
Use cranes and lifting equipment to safely position heavy components.
Read blueprints, technical drawings, and tape measurements accurately.
Maintain a safe, organized work area and follow all company safety procedures.
Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Participate in cross-training opportunities in paint prep, blasting, and fabrication processes.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlisle, PA.
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
