Job summary

Boundless Life is seeking a Middle Years Program Lead (Trailblazers) to design and scale an innovative curriculum across multiple destinations. You will own the end-to-end curriculum and the online delivery tools, aligning academic goals with social-emotional development.

You will collaborate with Education Centre Directors, educators, and cross-functional teams to rollout projects globally, while travel and living across Boundless destinations remain a core part of the role.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in project-based learning and curriculum development.
• Experience driving continuous improvement in teaching and learning at scale.
• Experience selecting online education providers and rolling out educational technology.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design and implementation of the Trailblazers curriculum and resources.
• Design project-based and place-based learning experiences tied to local destinations.
• Develop assessment approaches for academic progress and socio-emotional growth.
• Design systems and training to scale Trailblazers across destinations.
