Job summary

The World Wildlife Fund is seeking a Head of Fellowship Programming to bring the Boundless Fellowship to life. This role centers on guiding Fellows through transformative experiences, building a vibrant community of conservation leaders.

Responsibilities include designing immersive encounters, curating supportive virtual sessions, and fostering a lasting alumni network. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree and extensive experience in leadership development, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and inclusion.

The position requires travel and fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in conservation or related fields.
• Experience in leadership development, facilitation, mentorship, or program management required.
• Demonstrated success in designing and facilitating leadership programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead immersive Boundless Encounters.
• Curate virtual sessions to maintain community engagement.
• Mentor and guide Fellows through their journeys.
