Responsibilities

• Lead and train a Traffic Clerk team to compile and maintain shipment records
• Direct driver assignments, door assignments and check-out processes
• Act as liaison between operations and transportation for timely, accurate documents
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports with operations and transportation
• Communicate concerns and route reports to affected team members
• Provide ongoing training and development for team members
