Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a Traffic Clerk Lead to supervise the team responsible for maintaining inbound and outbound shipment records, assigning driver doors, and checking loads in and out. The role involves coordinating with operations and transportation to ensure accurate documents and timely processing.

You will generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, provide ongoing training to staff, and address issues promptly in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills may be required at some facilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers; English may be required.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs./9 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility.
• Must be flexible with shift schedules and weekends if needed.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures and wear PPE in cold/dry storage environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and direct the work of a Traffic Clerk team.
• Ensure timely follow-up on all issues or concerns.
• Act as liaison between operations and transportation for shipping/receiving documents.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as applicable.
• Provide ongoing training to team members.
