Lineage Logistics in Hazle Township, PA is seeking a Traffic Clerk to lead and train a team that compiles and maintains records of inbound and outbound shipments, and to direct driver assignments including checking them in, assigning doors, and checking them out once the load is complete.

This full-time, on-site role requires coordinating with operations and transportation to ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting, while fostering training and professional growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills; may be required at some facilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with internal and external customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to operate standard software tools.

Responsabilités

• Plan, assign and direct the work of a Traffic Clerk team.
• Ensure timely follow-up on all issues or concerns.
• Act as liaison between operations and transportation to verify shipping/receiving documents are accurate and timely.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports with operations and transportation as applicable.
• Communicate concerns and route reports to appropriate team members.
• Provide ongoing training to team members as needed.
