Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a Traffic Clerk Lead at our Hazleton, PA location. You will direct a team handling inbound/outbound shipments, verify documents, assign driver routes, and ensure timely reports.

The role offers opportunities for growth and hands-on leadership experience in a fast-paced environment. You will train team members, communicate with operations and transportation, and help maintain high accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills and ability to handle routine calculations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for internal and external customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.
• Experience leading or training a small team preferred.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs and work in cold storage environments if required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and direct the work of a Traffic Clerk team.
• Ensure timely follow-up on all issues or concerns.
• Act as liaison between operations and transportation for accurate shipping/receiving documents.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports in collaboration with operations.
• Provide ongoing training to team members as needed.
