Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree in Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience.
• PhD in Engineering with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred.
• American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certification may be required depending on discipline.

Responsibilities

• Plan and distribute discipline-specific work to meet schedule and budget.
• Assist marketing with proposal generation.
• Develop scope of work and level of effort for projects within discipline.
• Oversee completeness and accuracy of project team’s work.
• Guide and mentor team toward overall project objectives.
• Coordinate technical aspects with client counterpart and teaming partners.
• Work closely with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
