Job summary

The Town of Flower Mound is seeking a qualified Traffic Signal Technician to join our team. The role offers progression to Technician I, II, or III based on experience and certifications. Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
IMSA Level I Traffic Signals Certification within 1 year of employment.
Valid Texas class C driver's license; ability to obtain class A CDL within 6 months.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair traffic signals and related equipment.
Identify malfunctions in electrical, electronic, mechanical, and communications equipment; perform preventive maintenance.
Coordinate with supervisors and other Town personnel; follow safety procedures and work zones.
Complete work orders and document labor, materials, and equipment in the work management system.
